Ingrédients

  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de fécule de maïs
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) d'eau
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de sucre
  • 500 ml (2 tasses) de fraises FraiseBec

Préparation

  1. Dans une casserole, délayer la fécule de maïs dans un peu d'eau : réserver.
  2. Dans une casserole, faire bouillir le sucre, les fraises et l'eau, environ 5 minutes. Ajouter la fécule de maïs délayée; laisser
  3. bouillir 1 minute.
  4. Passer au mélangeur, puis au tamis, pour obtenir un coulis plus lisse.
