Trempette à la crème sure et à la ciboulette

Ingrédients

  • /4 c. à thé (1 mL) poivre noir fraîchement moulu
  • 1/2 tasse (125 mL) crème sure sans nom
  • 2 c. à soupe (25 mL) ciboulette fraîche, finement hachée
  • 1/4 c. à thé (1 mL) sel

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger la crème sure, la ciboulette, le sel et le poivre. Servir avec les pelures de pommes de terre miniatures cuites. Donne environ ½ tasse (125 mL).
