Trempette piquante à l'asiatique

Ingrédients

  • 1/3 tasse (75 mL) Sauce « SOUVENIRS DE Canton » aux prunes PC
  • 2 c. à soupe (25 mL) Jus d'orange de la Floride à 100 %, sans pulpe PC
  • 1 c. à soupe (15 mL) Sauce « SOUVENIRS DE Thaïlande », très piquante aux piments du Chili PC

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger les sauces et le jus d'orange. Donne environ ½ tasse (125 mL).

* Avec sa couleur intense et ses flocons de piments forts, cette trempette s'avère particulièrement invitante pour les hors-d'oeuvre aux fruits de mer.
