Ingrédients

  • 80 ml (1/3 tasse) crème à fouetter 35 %
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) miel*
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) liqueur de noisette, Frangelico
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) fraises fraîches, tranchées
  • Au goût, copeaux de chocolat et noix, hachées

Préparation

  1. Au batteur électrique, fouetter la crème. Ajouter le miel et la liqueur de noisettes; bien battre.
  2. Superposer des couches de fraises et de crème dans 2 coupes en verre. Terminer par une couche de crème et saupoudrer de chocolat et de noix.
