Carottes Vichy

Ingrédients

  • 5 ou 6 grosses carottes coupées en rondelles
  • 1 1/2 tasse de bouillon de poulet chaud
  • 1 c. à thé de sucre
  • 2 c. à thé de beurre
  • 3 c. à thé de cerfeuil
  • 2 feuille de laurier
  • Sel, poivre

Préparation

  1. Faire fondre le beurre dans un poêlon. Ajouter les carottes, le sucre, le sel et le poivre. Cuire à feu moyen/vif pendant 1 minute.
  2. Baisser le feu à moyen et ajouter les feuilles de laurier et le cerfeuil. Faire revenir 2 minutes. Ajouter le bouillon de poulet et faire réduire à feu vif quelques minutes
