Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • 1 cuil. à thé de vanille
  • l pincée de sel
  • l cuil. à thé de crème de tartre
  • l blanc d'oeuf (température de la pièce)
  • l tasse d'eau bouillante

Préparation

  1. Dans le petit bol du malaxeur mettre le sucre, la vanille, le sel, la crème de tartre et le blanc d'oeuf. Verser l'eau bouillante et battre à grande vitesse pendant au moins 5 minutes. Le glaçage est prêt pour couvrir un gâteau des anges refroidi.
