Glace au fromage à la crème

Ingrédients

  • 2 1/2 tasses de sucre à glacer
  • 1/2 tasse de beurre mou
  • 4 onces de fromage à la crème, à la température de la pièce
  • 1 c. à thé d'extrait de vanille

Préparation

  1. Tamiser le sucre à glacer; réserver.
  2. Défaire le beurre et le fromage en crème. Ajouter la vanille. Incorporer graduellement le sucre à glacer et battre jusqu'à consistance crémeuse.
