Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse / 6 onces de pépites de chocolat mi-sucré
  • 2/3 de tasse de yogourt au café ou à la vanille à la température de la pièce

Préparation

  1. Fondre les pépites de chocolat au bain-marie. Retirer du feu. Brasser le yogourt jusqu'à consistance crémeuse et l'incorporer au chocolat.

Cook commentary

Ce délicieux glaçage n'est vraiment pas sorcier!
Utiliser un yogourt non allégé. Pour couvrir un étage de gâteau.
