Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse d'huile d'olive
  • 1/4 tasse de jus de citron
  • 3 gousses d'ail émincées
  • 2 c table de Dijon
  • 2 c table d'oregan
  • 1 c thé de thym sec
  • 2 c table de persil
  • 1 c thé de poivre frais moulu
  • 1 c thé de romarin sec

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients. Mariner 1-2 heures, agneau, boeuf, poulet, crevettes ou poisson.

Cook commentary

Donne 1 1/2 tasse.
