Ingrédient

  • 1 pinte de fraises (4 tasses)
  • 1/4 tasse de miel
  • 1 tasse de yogourt à la vanille
  • 1 tasse de crème à fouetter
  • 1/4 tasse de cointreau

Préparation

  1. Laver les fraises; les recouvrir de miel Réfrigérer pendant 3 heures. Au moment de servir, fouetter la crème jusqu'à fermeté. Mélanger le yogourt et la crème.
  2. Ensuite, incorporer à ce mélange le cointreau et les fraises et réserver quelques fraises pour décorer votre dessert. Servir aussitôt.
