Croustade aux bleuets et au citron

Ingrédients

  • 3 tasse 750 mL bleuets, frais ou sugelés
  • 1/2 tasse 125 mL cassonade
  • 2 c. à table 25 mL farine tout usage
  • 1 tasse 250 mL flocons d'avoine
  • 1/4 tasse 50 mL margarine Becel RSF, fondue, S'il vous est impossible de vous procurer la margarine Becel RSF, utilisez Becel Légère
  • 2 c. à table 10 mL zeste de citron, râpé

Préparation

  1. Mettre les fruits dans un petit plat de cuisson. Combiner la cassonade arec la farine, les flocons d'avoine, le zeste de citron et la margarine. Saupoudrer le mélange sur les fruits.
  2. Faire cuire 30 minutes au four préchauffé à 350 °F (180 °C).
