Muffins double chocolat aux amandes

Ingrédients

  • ¼ tasse de beurre ou de margarine ramolli
  • 1/2 tasse de sucre
  • 2 oeufs
  • ¾ tasse de lait
  • 1 c. à thé d'essence d'amande
  • 1 c. à thé de vanille
  • 1-1/2 tasse de farine
  • ½ tasse de cacao
  • 1 c. à table de poudre à pâte
  • ¼ c. à thé de sel
  • ½ tasse de pépites de chocolat miniatures mi-sucrées

Préparation

  1. Mélanger le beurre et le sucre, ajouter les oeufs, le lait et les essences,
  2. Dans un autre bol mélanger les ingrédients secs sauf les pépites, ajouter les ingrédients liquides et mélanger pour humecter. Ajouter les pépites.
  3. Cuire au four préchauffer à 375F environ 15 minutes.
