Ingrédients

  • 500 ml (2 tasses) de vinaigre de cidre
  • 500 ml (2 tasses) de sucre
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) de sel
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de poivre concassé
  • 2 litres (8 tasses) de tomates vertes épépinées et coupées en petits cubes
  • 3 branches de céleri coupées en petits cubes
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de graines de moutarde

Préparation

  1. Dans une grande casserole, verser le vinaigre, le sucre, le sel et le poivre. Amener à ébullition et laisser mijoter 5 minutes. Ajouter les autres ingrédients et cuire 10 minutes.
  2. Verser dans les bocaux stérilisés et sceller. Stériliser durant 15 minutes
