Bruchetta d'artichauts

Ingrédients

  • 1 boîte (170 g) de coeurs d'artichauts (égouttés et coupés en 4)
  • 1/2 tasse de Romano ou Pecorino râpé
  • 1/3 de tasse d'oignon rouge finement haché
  • 5 c. à table de mayonnaise
  • 1 baguette tranchée en tartines de 1/3 po d'épaisseur

Préparation

  1. Faire préchauffer le grill.Dans un bol, mélanger les coeurs d'artichauts, le fromage râpé, l'oignon rouge et la mayonnaise. Recouvrir le pain de ce mélange. Disposer les tartines sur une plaque de four. Faire griller pendant 2 minutes jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit légèrement doré.
