Muffins aux bananes et aux pépites de chocolat

Ingrédients

  • 200 g [1 tasse] de sucre
  • 125 mL [1/2 tasse] d'huile végétale
  • 2 oeufs, battus
  • 3 bananes moyennes, écrasées
  • 45 mL [3 cuil. à table] de crème sure
  • 5 mL [1 cuil. à thé] de bicarbonate de soude
  • 280 g [2 tasses] de farine
  • 170 g [6 onces] de pépites de chocolat ou de beurre d'arachide

Préparation

  1. Dans l'ordre, mélanger ensemble le sucre, l'huile végétale, les oeufs battus, les bananes écrasées, la crème sure, le bicarbonate de soude, la farine et les pépites de chocolat ou de beurre d'arachide.
  2. Préchauffer le four à 200°C [400°F]. Remplir des moules à muffins aux 3/4 du mélange. Cuire les muffins au four préchauffé, pendant 20 à 25 minutes.
