Ailes de poulet Buffalo 2

Ingrédients

  • 1,4 kilos [3 livres] d'ailes de poulets
  • 250 mL [1 tasse] de cassonade tassée
  • 60 mL [1/4 de tasse] d'eau
  • 15 mL [1 cuil. à table] de sauce soya
  • 80 mL [1/3 de tasse] de vinaigre
  • 60 mL [1/4 de tasse] de ketchup
  • 1 pincée de sel

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 200°C [400°F]. Couper les ailes de poulets en 3 sections; jeter les bouts. Les cuire au four préchauffé, sur une plaque de cuisson, pendant 20 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées et croustillantes.
  2. Bien mélanger ensemble la cassonade, l'eau, la sauce soya, le vinaigre, le ketchup et le sel. Verser sur les ailes de poulets. Poursuivre la cuisson au four, pendant encore 20 à 30 minutes.
