oeufs mimosa

Ingrédients

  • 4 oeufs
  • 6 c. à soupe de mayonnaise
  • Fromage râpé
  • Persil finement haché

Préparation

  1. Faire cuire les oeufs durs dans l'eau bouillante durant 10 minutes. Écailler et couper en deux sur le sens de la longueur.
  2. Enlever les jaunes et mélanger avec de la mayonnaise. Remplir les blancs avec cette préparation. Ajouter un peu de fromage râpé Saupoudrer de persil. Réfrigérer et servir froids.
