Calmars à l'italienne

Ingrédients

  • 12 petits calmars
  • 1/2 tasse de farine
  • 1/2 tasse d'huile
  • 1/2 tasse de lait
  • Quartiers de citron

Préparation

  1. Nettoyer les calmars. Les couper en rondelles dans le sens de la largeur. Les passer dans le lait puis dans la farine assaisonnée. Faire frire dans l'huile bien chaude. Servir avec des quartiers de citron.
