Rôti français à la moutarde

Ingrédients

  • 1 rôti francais de 2 kg ]4 1/2 livres]
  • 45 mL [3 c. à table] de moutarde de Dijon
  • 22,5 mL [1 1/2 c. à table] de graines de moutarde
  • 5 mL [1 c. à thé] d'ail haché
  • 15 mL [1 c. à table] de sauce Worcestershire
  • Sauce Tabasco, au goût
  • Sel et poivre, au goût
  • Fines herbes, au goût

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensemble la moutarde de Dijon, les graines de moutarde, l'ail, la sauce Worcestershire, de la sauce Tabasco, du sel, du poivre et des fines herbes.
  2. Enrober le rôti du mélange; le réfrigérer, couvert, durant 12 heures. Préchauffer le four à 180°C [350°F]. Cuire le rôti, couvert, de 1 1/2 à 2 heures.
