Burgers teriyaki piquants au barbecue

Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de sauce barbecue BULL'S-EYE
  • 2 gousses d' ail, écrasées
  • 1 c. à soupe de sauce soya
  • 1 c. à thé de gingembre frais, râpé
  • 1 lb de de boeuf haché maigremi-maigre
  • 1/3 tasse de chapelure

Préparation

  1. MÉLANGER la sauce barbecue, l'ail, la sauce soya et le gingembre. Mélanger le boeuf, la chapelure et 3 c. à table (45 mL) du mélange de sauce barbecue. Façonner en 4 galettes.
  2. GRILLER les galettes sur le barbecue, à chaleur modérée, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien cuites, en badigeonnant du mélange de sauce barbecue qui reste.
