Confiture de rhubarbe

Ingrédients

  • 1.5 L (6 tasses) de rhubarbe
  • 1 L (4 tasses) de sucre
  • 2 oranges pelées en petits morceaux
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de jus de citron
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de zeste de citron

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, faire tremper la rhubarbe et le sucre toute une nuit. Dans une grande casserole, faire cuire les ingrédients environ 10 minutes à découvert ou jusqu'à ce que le mélange épaississe.
