Ingrédients

  • 1 oignon espagnol
  • 2 piments verts
  • 3 tomates
  • 1 concombre
  • laitue de Boston ou frisée
  • 20 grosses olives noires
  • 2 oeufs durs tranchés

Ingrédients: Sauce à la ciboulette

  • 1/2 tasse de mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tasse de crème sure
  • 1 c. à soupe de ciboulette hachée
  • 1 c. à soupe de jus de citron

Préparation

  1. Trancher tous les légumes.
  2. Garnir un plat de feuilles de laitue et disposer dessus tous les ingrédients.
  3. Servir avec la sauce à la ciboulette.
