Salade d'épinards aux tomates

Ingrédients

  • 4 tomates italiennes hachées
  • 2 t (500 ml) d'épinards frais, parés et déchiquetés
  • 2 c. à tab (30 ml) de vinaigre de vin rouge
  • 1 c. à tab (15 ml) d'huile d'olive
  • 1/4 c. à thé (1 ml) de sel

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol à salade, mélanger les tomates, les épinards, le vinaigre de vin, l'huile et le sel. Servir aussitôt.
