Ingrédients

  • 454 g [1 livre] de poulet haché
  • 1/2 tasse de sauce barbecue pour poulet et côtés levées
  • 3/4 de tasse de chapelure fine
  • 4 tranches d'ananas
  • 4 pains hamburger
  • 4 tranches de fromage suisse
  • Laitue

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensemble le poulet, la moitié de la sauce barbecue et la chapelure fine. Façonner en 4 galettes.
  2. Cuire sur le barbecue à chaleur modérée environ 15 minutes, en retournant une fois. Badigeonner de sauce durant la cuisson.
  3. Griller aussi les tranches d'ananas, en les badigeonnant du reste de la sauce. Garnir chaque pain hamburger d'une tranche de fromage suisse, d'une tranche d'ananas et de laitue.
