Sauce crème sure et wasabi

Ingrédients

  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de crème sure
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de wasabi en pâte
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de gingembre haché
  • Sel au goût

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger la crème sure avec le wasabi. Ajouter le gingembre. Assaisonner et conserver au frais.

* Une sauce pour fondue aux accents asiatiques. Cette trempette légèrement piquante est le compagnon parfait pour la fondue à la japonaise.
