Sauce au sherry

Ingrédients

  • 45 ml ( 3 c. à soupe) de farine tout usage
  • 200 ml (3/4 tasse) de sherry sec (ou vin rouge sec)
  • 1 L (4 tasses) de bouillon de poulet
  • sel et poivre, au goût

Préparation

  1. Une fois le dindon retiré de la rôtissoire, enlevez le surplus de liquide de cuisson en laissant environ 30 ml (2 c. à soupe). Incorporez- y la farine en brassant jusqu'à l'obtention d'une texture homogène.
  2. Placez la rôtissoire directement sur un élément de la cuisinière et faites cuire pendant environ 2 minutes à feu moyen, en remuant constamment.
