									Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Apricot and/or Raspberry Preserves
Preparation
- Combine margarine and cream cheese, add flour and salt. Chill dough for a few hours. Roll out on board sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cut into circles and place on a cookie sheet. Spread with preserves and fold over two of the edges. Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes, do not let them get brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
