Crêpes aux pommes de terre

Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de pommes de terre crues, râpées grossièrement
  • 2 c. à thé d'oignon râpé
  • 2 c. à table de farine
  • 3/4 c. à thé de sel
  • 1/8 c. à thé de poivre
  • 1/2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
  • 2 oeufs battus
  • Gras

Préparation

  1. Mélanger pommes de terre, oignon, farine, sel, poivre et poudre à pâte; ajouter les oeufs battus juste avant la cuisson.
  2. Chauffer le gras; verser quelques cuillerées à table de la préparation et étendre uniformément. Dorer 1 à 2 minutes de chaque côté.
