Ingrédients

  • 2 c à table de beurre ou de margarine
  • 12 onces de champignons, nettoyés et coupés en 4
  • 2 c à table de sauce Worcestershire

Préparation

  1. Fondre le beurre dans un poêlon à feu moyen.
  2. Ajouter les champignons et cuire 5 minutes ou jusqu'à ce brun dorés.
  3. Ajouter la sauce worcestershire, réduire la chaleur et cuire 5 minutes, et brasser occasionnellement.
