Pain aux bananes sans gras

Ingrédients

  • 3 bananes mûres
  • 2 oeufs
  • 180 ml de sucre
  • 500 ml de farine
  • 2 ml de sel
  • 5 ml de bicarbonate de soude
  • 125 ml de noix ou raisins au goût

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 350 F. Dans un grand bol, écraser les bananes. Ajouter les oeufs, battre en mousse. Incorporer les autres ingrédients. Dans un moule à pain de 10 cm par 21 cm légèrement beurré, déposer la pâte et cuire au four, environ 1 heure.
