Salade verte à la crème

Ingrédients

  • 1 laitue frisée, déchiquetée
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de radis tranchés finement
  • 4 oignons verts, émincés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de crème 15 % champêtre ou à cuisson (épaisse)
  • Fleur de sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Dans un saladier, mélanger la laitue, les radis et les oignons. Ajouter la crème et bien mélanger. Saler et poivrer généreusement. Servir immédiatement
