Salade de pâtes aux légumes

Ingrédients

  • 3 tasses de fusilli Catelli Bisto
  • 1 chacun: poivrons jaune et vert hachés
  • 1/3 de tasse oignon rouge tranché
  • 6 c. à table persil haché
  • 8 à 10 olives noires(facultatif)
  • 1 1/2 tasse de fromage mozzarella ou féta en dés
  • 8 à 10 tomates de cerises,coupées en deux
  • 3/4 de tasse vinaigrette italienne ou au choix

Préparation

  1. Cuire les fusilli selon les instructions "al dente" . Égoutter et rincer à l'eau froide.
  2. Combiner les fusilli avec les poivrons, oignon, persil, olives, fromage et les tomates.Ajouter la vinaigrette et mélanger pour bien enrober.
