Tartinade de chocolat aux amandes

Ingrédients

  • 85 g (3 oz) de chocolat non sucré, haché
  • 1 boîte de 300 ml (11 oz) de lait concentré sucré
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de beurre d'amandes
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) d'amandes blanchies, grillées et concassées

Préparation

  1. Dans un bain-marie, faire fondre le chocolat. Hors du feu, incorporer le reste des ingrédients à l'aide d'un fouet. Conserver à la température ambiante dans un contenant hermétique.
