Saucisses de Toulouse épicées

Ingrédients

  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de ketchup épicé
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de vinaigre de vin ou xérès
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de miel
  • 8 saucisses de Toulouse

Préparation

  1. Mélangez tous les ingrédients et laissez mariner 15 à 30 minutes. Faites cuire au barbecue sur une grille très chaude et finissez la cuisson à température moyenne.
