Ingrédients

  • 1 blanc d'oeuf
  • 1/2 tasse de crème à fouetter
  • 1/4 de c. à thé de vanille
  • 3 tasses de café

Préparation

  1. Fouetter le blanc d'oeuf en neige ferme. Fouetter ensemble la crème à fouetter et la vanille.
  2. Plier le blanc d'oeuf dans le mélange de crème fouettée, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien incorporé.
  3. Verser ce mélange dans 4 tasses [au 1/3 de chacune des tasses]. Verser également le café dans chacune des tasses
