Compote de pommes et framboises

Ingrédients

  • 8 pommes
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) d'eau
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de sucre
  • Le jus de 2 citrons
  • 2 casseaux de framboises

Préparation

  1. Peler, épépiner et couper les pommes en petits morceaux.
  2. Dans une casserole, faites bouillir l'eau, le sucre et le jus de citron. Plongez-y les pommes et faites cuire à couvert sur un feu doux pendant 15 minutes.
  3. Ajouter les framboises et laisser mijoter cinq minutes pour obtenir une compote. Réfrigérer.
