Confiture aux trois fruits

Ingrédients

  • 10 poires
  • 1 ananas frais, en morceaux
  • 1 bâton de cannelle
  • 2 jus de lime et de zeste râpé
  • 900 g (2 lb) sucre
  • 1 anis étoilé
  • 500 ml (2 tasses) raisins sans pépins

Préparation

  1. Peler et enlever le coeur des poires. Émincer en sections. Dans une casserole, déposer les poires, les ananas et la cannelle. Ajouter le jus et le zeste de lime, le sucre, l'anis étoilé et les raisins.
  2. Porter à ébullition, diminuer l'intensité du feu et faire cuire doucement pendant 20 minutes. Remuer constamment. Retirer du feu, enlever le bâton de cannelle et mettre en pots
