Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse de beurre
  • 1 c. à thé de moutarde de dijon
  • 1 c. à thé de persil frais haché
  • 1 c. à thé de thym
  • 1/2 c. à thé de romarin
  • sel et poivre.

Préparation

  1. Bien mélanger le tout. Déposer dans un ramequin. Servir très frais, sur du poisson, bifteck, grillades, légumes.
