Ingrédients
- 1/2 tasse de beurre
- 1 c. à thé de moutarde de dijon
- 1 c. à thé de persil frais haché

- sel et poivre.
Préparation
- Bien mélanger le tout. Déposer dans un ramequin. Servir très frais, sur du poisson, bifteck, grillades, légumes.
