Ingrédients

  • 1/4 tasse de beurre
  • 1 c. à soupe racine de gingembre fraîche, hachée fin
  • 2 c. à thé jus de lime frais
  • 1/4 c. à thé zeste de lime, râpée très fin
  • sel au goût

Préparation

  1. Laisser 1/4 tasse de beurre à la température ambiante. Défaire le beurre en crème avec les assaisonnements et badigeonner la viande ou poisson.
