Fondue au chocolat 1

Ingrédients

  • 10 onces de chocolat au lait Tablerone
  • 2 onces de crème 35%
  • 2 c. à table de Cognac ou Grand Marnier

Préparation

  1. Chauffer la crème dans une petite casserole. Y fondre le chocolat. Ajouter l'alcool. Verser dans le caquelon à fondue.

Pour tremper :
Morceaux de pain, Cerises, Bananes, Guimauves, Pommes, Oranges, etc.
