Ingredient
- 1 honeydew melon
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) honey
- 375 ml (1½ cup) white wine
- In sufficient quantity ice cubes
- 20 strawberries, cut in half
- To taste maple sugar or brown sugar
- In sufficient quantity mint leaves
Preparation
- Cut melon in half. Shape small size balls with a melon spoon and place in a bowl. Heat honey and wine until mixed together.
- Cool down with ice cubes and remove immediately. Add strawberries and melon and let macerate for about 45 minutes in refrigerator.
- Serve fruits in half melon sprinkled with maple sugar or brown sugar. Decorate with mint leaves.
