Ingredient
- 2-3 strawberries, stemmed
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 6 litchis
- 8 ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 oz) white rum
- 1 lime - juice only
- Garnish strawberries with stems
Preparation
- Reduce strawberries and maple syrup into a purée using a hand-held mixer. Pour mixture into a cold martini glass.
- Rinse beaters well. Reduce litchis with rum into a purée using a hand-held mixer.
- Pour litchi mixture in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and lime juice. Mix well. Pour over strawberry purée. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve cold.
