Pork tenderloin stuffed with apple and cheddar

ingredient

  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) Compliments olive oil
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) cider vinegar
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) honey
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) fi nely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 Butcher's Own Ready-to-Cook Pork Tenderloins Stuffed with Apple and Cheddar
  • 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Brussels sprouts
  • 1 package (about 200 g) broccolini, chopped in half
  • 250 mL (1 cup) celeriac cut in sticks
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Variation:Substitute maple syrup for honey.
