Ingrédients

  • 1/2 baguette de pain
  • 1/4 tasse (65 ml) d'huile d'olive
  • 1 gousse d'ail
  • 6 ou 7 olives noires (calamata) dénoyautées
  • 15 lanières de jambon tranché mince
  • 1/3 tasse (85 ml) de fromage parmesan
  • Câpres
  • Basilc ou fines herbes (au goût)

Préparation

  1. Couper votre baguette sur le long pour avoir les paninis. Frotter la gousse d'ail sur le pain. Badigeonner le pain avec l'huile d'olive.
  2. Couper les olives et les disposer sur le pain. Disperser les câpres. Couper le jambon en lanières et recouvrir le pain. Saupoudrer généreusement de fromage parmesan. Mettre au four à broil (gril) jusqu'à ce que le fromage soit doré.
