Beurre Stilton

Ingrédients

  • 1/4 tasse(60 ml) beurre
  • 1/2 tasse(125 ml) fromage Stilton ou roquefort
  • 1 gousse d'ail hachée finement
  • 1 c. à soupe(15 ml) ciboulette fraîche hachée finement
  • 2 c. à soupe(30 ml) brandy

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, bien mélanger tous les ingrédients. Déposer le beurre Stilton sur une pellicule de plastique et former un rouleau d'environ 6 po (15 cm) de long. Réfrigérer 3 heures.
