Ingrédients

  • 200 g de viande de boeuf haché
  • 2 gros oignons
  • 2 grosses tomates mûres
  • 1 poivron
  • 1/2 bouquet de persil
  • sel et poivre
  • 1 pincée de piment de jamaïque (facultatif)

Préparation

  1. Hacher finement l'oignon, le persil, le poivron vert, et les tomates (pelées) épépinées. Ajouter la viande, le sel, le poivre, le piment de jamaïque. Bien mélanger le tout.
  2. Étaler la pâte sur une plaque à pizza huilée et répartir la garniture sur la pâte. Enfourner à four chaud 10 à 15 min. Servir chaud avec un filet de citron (facultatif).
