Ingrédients

  • 5 tasses tomates vertes en purée
  • 5 tasses sucre fin
  • poudre à gelée aux framboises 1 grosses boite ou 2 petites

Préparation

  1. Cuire la purée de tomates avec le sucre à feu moyen pendant 15 minutes en vous assurant que tout le sucre soit bien fondu.
  2. Retirer du feu, ajouter la poudre à gelée aux framboises et bien brasser. Placer la confiture dans des pots de verre préalablement stérilisés au four à 250 degré F. pendant 15 minutes.
